Air Quality in China: Current and Emerging Challenges


Preface

In this context, it is our pleasure to present the Science of the Total Environment (STOTEN) Special Issue (SI) focused on: Air Quality in China: Current and Emerging Challenges.

The SI holistically encompassing all the angles of air pollution in China, their impacts and mitigation, is a gold mine of information. We trust that our readers will find this volume not only interesting, but inspiring in further work in pursuit of good air quality in China and beyond.

The SI is a fruit of collaboration between Chinese and Australian scientists working together under the umbrella of  the Australia-China Centre on Air Quality Science and Management (ACC-AQSM). We would like to acknowledge the support of the institutions constituting the ACC-AQSM, which make our work and collaboration possible. 在这方面,我们很高兴介绍STOTEN特刊(SI),重点关注:中国空气质量:当前和新的挑战。

SI全面涵盖中国空气污染的所有角度,影响和减缓研究,是信息的金矿。我们相信读者会发现这不仅有趣,而且在进一步提升中国及其​​他地区空气质量方面将发挥作用。
